Track Name: Wenatchee National Forest (Demo Version)
Here I stand,
In the shadows,
Of your resentment and jealousy,
Towering above me,
And below me,
With roots that run so deep,
And heavy branches,
All cracking in the wind,
Threatening to crush me,
Time and time again.

My happiness is a poison to you,
It eats away at you and makes you sick,
And so you do what you can to reduce the dose,
Until I'll never feel happy again.

You let a temporary distance,
Leave a permanent scar,
Upon your heart,
Upon my heart,
You're growing colder every day,
As I fall apart,
Returning home,
Is becoming hard.

I wish I knew what it takes to calm you,
But this storm always comes back around,
With its violent winds,
The trees are swaying,
And I know that they're coming down.

May you find your peace and let go,
Of the anger that clouds your mind,
I hope to see this forest be still again,
Before we're out of time.

You let a temporary distance,
Leave a permanent scar,
Upon your heart,
Upon my heart,
You're growing colder every day,
As I fall apart,
Returning home,
Is becoming hard.
Track Name: Servants (Demo Version)
Do you realize,
Everything that you deny,
You look me in the eye,
And state your lies,
While you die inside.
I want to help you,
But I can't if you won't help yourself,
You're too comfortable in your shell,
You're too satisfied with this Hell.

You happily pick me apart,
When you're barely put together,
And there are cracks in everything,
You are,
You say you're free and I am not,
But you just serve a different master,
You've lost your purpose,
You've lost it all.

You don't seem the same,
As you used to be,
Such a tragedy,
They say that people change with time,
But I do not think,
This is what they mean.
I want to help you,
But I can't if you won't help yourself,
You're too comfortable in your shell,
You're too satisfied with this Hell.

You speak about these things in disbelief,
But deep down you know them to be,
So why do you keep running,
Away from relief?

You happily pick me apart,
When you're barely put together,
And there are cracks in everything,
You are,
You say you're free and I am not,
But you just serve a different master,
You've lost your purpose,
You've lost it all.
Track Name: Minor Constellations (Demo Version)
The stars,
So infinite,
And we so small beneath;
Away from city lights they seem,
So much closer to our reach.
And as we lay in the field,
Staring upward silently,
Into the void of the night sky,
So dark yet so serene,
We are not wanting for more,
Than this moment can give us.
So let others wish on major stars,
Because for us minor constellations are enough.

Wherever you are now,
Do you see them?
And are we still sharing,
This moment together?
Are they reflecting in your eyes?
Are you still tracing the lines?
Please say you are,
So I know I'm not alone tonight.

Watch the night cave in,
And swallow every light;
Pitch black,
As the stars swirl above our heads.
And if we get lost out here,
We will use them,
To find our way back home.

These minor constellations,
Mean more than anything right now,
Because I know you are,
Up there with them.

Abstract though they may be,
These thoughts might be what saves me.
I know you're gone,
But still I hope you hear what I am saying.
And know I'm thinking of you,
And miss you every day,
So please give me an escape,
From this loneliness I face.
